The shipping costs include all fees associated with shipping--including customs fees, etc. If the winner is unwilling to pay to ship the doll, the winner forfeits the doll. The doll is free; but, shipping the doll is NOT free. The winner must pay to ship the doll within 30 days of winning the doll OR the winner forfeits the entire prize.
